“I’m not a petrolhead by nature: motor racing isn’t in my blood. But working at CAT has quickly seen a change in my view. Since joining in February 2013 the ongoing enthusiasm I am surrounded by is contagious – I find myself deeply intrigued by it. I started my working life learning the discipline and attention to detail demanded by the Army. This has stood me in good stead for an organised administrative life.
I come from a large family and have 3 children so don’t get an awful lot of spare time for myself. Juggling netball, badminton, circuit training, running, cake making, football, athletics, university studies, 3 different schools whilst helping my husband renovate our house, means time at CAT is precious. My biggest daily challenge at work is keeping away from the biscuits.”
